Does the ground need preparation?
Ground preparation matters. We’ll discuss weeds, debris, soil condition and levels before quoting. Topsoil, irrigation and earthworks are separate unless specifically included.
Will I need to water the lawn?
Yes. Seed needs suitable moisture as it germinates and establishes. We’ll discuss your water access and aftercare requirements before booking.
How long does establishment take?
Timing depends on the seed, weather, soil, preparation and watering. We’ll discuss expectations for your site rather than promise an instant lawn.
